Communion: Purchase the elements, prepare them, and set them up for special communion services and clean up afterwards.

Decorations: Decorate the altar area and tables as needed for Sunday services, fellowship dinners, and special events. Also assist in overall interior design and decor of buildings. 

​

Hospitality: Work in teams to help make our guests and church family feel welcome by providing Sunday morning refreshments, being a greeter before Worship Service, hosting a guest luncheon, and following up with the new women who are visiting CCPC. 

​

Kitchen: Help prepare and serve food for Wednesday and/or Sunday fellowship meals. 

​

Meal Ministry: We ask that EVERY woman in our congregation help to provide meals for church members when there is a need. The Committee Coordinator will set things up online using www.takethemameal.com. We ask that you then sign up on the schedule to prepare or purchase a meal and personally deliver it. A meal and a visit are such a welcome blessing!

Special Events: Coordinate and assist as needed for weddings, showers, receptions, funerals, and other church events. 

​

Leadership Team: Commit to monthly meetings to plan and manage the women's ministry at CCPC and be an active part of it. Help select studies for Fall Ladies Sunday School, Tuesday Morning Bible Study & Prayer and Devotions as well as find teachers and facilitators for them. Plan events such as the Progressive Dinner, Christmas Fellowship, Beach Retreat, Ladies Luncheons, Book Club, Kitchen SINC, and College Care Packages. Provide oversight of SINC Committees listed above.

There are many other areas women are needed to serve as well within the church... Nursery, Children's Sunday School, KidsQuest, Youth Group, Missions Committee, Worship Team, and to help with the upkeep of the church grounds and buildings on Church Workdays and throughout the year.
